Vulcaflex has developed perforated multilayer plasticised PVC (pPVC) that looks like leather and allows for ventilation as a seat covering. Despite the perforation it has very high tear strength. It’s made with traditional coating techniques using coagulated fabric – half PA and half PU (polyether). And it’s abrasion- as well as fire-resistant.
