A joint project between Nexoleum and Dacarto, petroleum-based plasticisers are replaced with renewable-based alternatives. The product maintains the performance in 70-degree Celsius cables, meeting tests of resistance, strength and breaking-point stress after ageing in a ventilated oven. As the plasticisers used are vegetable-based, they aid in the effort to reduce greenhouse gases by providing a competitive alternative.
