Benvic helped Geplast develop its FoKus rolling shutter box with better thermal and acoustic insulation. It benefits from different grades of PVC – rigid and plasticised, virgin and recycled. The recycled PVC compound re-uses internal production scrap while maintaining similar performance. FoKus is the only shutter box to achieve 53 dB (without having to glue a heavy mass). Another innovation is that the shutter blade guarantees full darkness and thermal insulation when unrolled, while letting in four times more light and air than traditional blades.
