Project to produce upholstery leather with soft touch and a minimum of 40% bio content. Nexoleum Nexo B5 was used as plasticiser, BIOVYN 370 HD and BIOVYN 373 MC were used as PVC in both the rigid and foam layers. Aliphatic polyurethane with 100% modulus was used as pre-skin layer. A product of 550 grams per square meter was designed and produced by selecting the appropriate patterned transfer paper in the coating process with raising interlock textile. The product is designed for upholstery, chairs and headboards.
